Alright, here is a new thread about losing weight. Your sentence has to start with "Isn't it GREAT when..." and then put something that is great about losing weight....here is mine.

Isn't it great when.....the clerk at the clothing store says to you, "Wow look at that flat tummy!" and points to YOUR tummy!

Isn't it GREAT when you go back to your hometown for an annual event that is basically a mini-high-school reunion, where you were the chubby unpopular teen, and you get to "reveal" yourself as the size 10 hottie you are?

(this is my plan for this weekend. Immature, perhaps. Important to me for whatever reason? Absolutely).

I love this one...I like when people assume because I have a few extra pounds, I can't hold my own on the elliptical or treadmill. LOL! :carrot:

Isn't it great when you go to the store and try on the old size you used to wear, and it no longer fits cuz it's too big?

Isn't it great when you are able to start trying on clothes on the "regular" folks side of the store again, and you don't have to go to the big girl section?

Isn't it great when the trousers you didn't fit into, but tried on three weeks ago and they fit, are now too big? :lol3:

Isn't it great when you no longer have to stretch your t-shirts before you put them on.

Isn't it great when the clothes you wore last summer when you reached your maintenance goal still fit.

I was doing this very thing last month...I always stretched my t-shirts before they went on...now they're way too big for me!! ;) did you know they make a pant-stretching devise? I couldn't believe my eyes!

people think you're younger than you are because you're losing weight and getting smaller.

Isn't it great when you wear a smaller sizes than you did in high school and the later part of middle school.
