Default fell off the wagon & jumped back on!

The bad news: Well I started on here a week or two ago and was kicking butt with exercising and eating ok at best. But we moved, and are still in the process of unpacking, and it all went out the window. UGH! I ate like crap and skipped exercising.

The good news:
I started the couch to 5k running plan today! It was painful since I am so out of shape but I got out there and did it.

Starting tomorrow with my weekly grocery run, I *will* eat healthier food and no more soda! I am giving it up as of tomorrow (since I already had 3 today no sense in "giving it up" tonight).

I would like to give myself a small pat on the back though. I have been smoke free for over three weeks and I have been through a LOT of stress lately. Not one drag on those nasty cancer sticks though!

So here is my promise to myself:

As of 5/23 - no more soda!
For the rest of May: at least 30 mins a day of exercise
Before June 1st - find a WW meeting and go to it!

Thanks for listening. I need all the encouragement I can get. I don't do stuff like this well alone.

cakses,

That's a story with a happy ending! It's GREAT that you have stopped smoking! Stay stopped! You are past the worst part now and never have to go back!

Your plan sounds quite do-able. Keep posting--we'll cheer you on!

Good luck!
