who has a sneaky mid week weigh in to see how there going (or not)
and is it a good idea.. i have to admit i do not just a mid week one but every morning...


I know that's supposed to be bad, but I like to track how my weight fluctuates and see how it relates to what I eat / hormonal cycles. I really feel I'm getting to know my body. It's cool. 
I learned quickly that it goes up and down every day, even every hour. I will continue to weigh every day indefinitely. I have read of several studies where many successful maintainers do weigh every day. Apparently it helps keep you on focus and helps alert you to things you are doing that may be putting weight back on. I don't at all think weighing everyday is a bad idea. Just be prepared for the weight to fluctuate.
