Planning - Friday 3/30

  • B: 1 grapefruit, 1pc peanut-butter toast, 2c coffee w/milk
    L: sausage-cabbage soup, sauteed kale, an apple
    D: 838 worth of chipotle (salad)
    S: 1 americano coffee
  • B - oatmeal

    L - dunno. Probably tuna salad or something small

    S - 1 cup spaghetti

    D - leftoever chinese from last night. If I'm still hungry (doubt it), I'll have a boca wrap.
  • B - 1/2 bagel with 1 tbsp light cream cheese

    L - big salad with diced turkey, 1/4 c lf cheese, 1 tbsp dressing

    D - 5 oz lean ham steak, sauerkraut, fresh veggies

    S - 1 cup air popped popcorn
  • B- enlighs muffin with cheeze whiz and chicken breast lunch meant; 4oz scrambled eggs
    S- watermelon and arrowroot cookies; coffee and cream
    L- 1/2 serving shirmp noodles, with a bunch of celery, 1/2 cup mushrooms, little over 1/4 cup frozem veg and shrimp, fried up together with some light butter
    S- edamane
    W- 5L
    E- did 60 min
  • B: Americano w/ nonfat milk, english muffin w/ .5 tbsp butter
    S: Yogurt w/ granola
    L: Chicken & Asparagus Penne 1.5c
    S: All Bran crackers, yogurt
    D: WW Turkey & Munster Sandwich w/ 1tbsp lowfat mayo, 1oz chips maybe

    E: 1hr pilates, 30 min yoga
    W: 4L
  • B - 2 waffles, 1 with natural peanut butter, 1 with cherry butter

    S - package of blackberries

    L - chicken bol at Chipotle - rice, chicken, romaine, salsa, 1/2 order of guacamole

    S - tangelo

    S - cut up veggies (grape tomatoes, baby carrots, sugar snap peas, orange pepper strips)

    D - I won a gift certificate to Daniel's Broiler (fancy steak house in this area). I am taking 2 friends (who were also in the running for the certificate) to dinner tonight. It will definitely be the weekly "treat" meal!! The restaurant has a molten lava cake option for dessert - yum. Probably will have a glass of red wine, salad, petite filet mignon, some kind of vegetable and share a dessert!
  • It's a little late in the day but I want to get this all down because in my head it seems like a lot.

    D* brown rice bowl with grilled chicken and steamed veggies

  • gaaaah sounds like were going for lunch
    this is never going to end
    im never going to be able to lose again

    on a good note, i think I am going to have the mushroom sandwitch with garden salad... better then fish and chips right? haha
