Planning for Friday

  • b - raisin bran, milk, banana

    s - fiber 1 bar

    l - mexican lasagna edit: subway club on wheat, baked chips

    s - mini bag popcorn

    d - don't know, but it will have lots of veggies

    w - 2L
    e - 45 min @ gym or game of tennis (1 hr)
  • Big dinner tonight so:

    B - 1 cup milk
    1 package Instant Oatmeal

    S - Banana

    L - 1 cup ff plain yogurt
    1/4 cup raisins

    D - hmmm...buffet style. Don't know what's going to be other than lasagna (YUM). That's kinda my favorite food ever, so this will be my test of self control in keeping to one piece. :P Anything veggie will be on my plate and probably lots.
  • B - oatmeal, eggs
    S - Yogurt, 1/2 scoop whey, apple
    L - Chicken, sweet potato, salad, apple
    S - 2 rice cakes, 1tbsp PB
    D - 4 oz steak, veggies, 1/4 avocado

    W - 3L

    E - Cardio, upper body, abs
  • B. I think I want to go to starbucks this morning... so I think breakfast will just be a banana
    S- a drink from starbucks and I have some dried fruit and peanuts packed
    L- tuna with dressing and crackers; edamane
    S- weight watchers muffin bar
    D- chicken, veggies and stuffing (I think)
    W- 4L
    E- I deicded to stay in bed this morning, haha

    B* kashi honey almond flax, coffee
    L* turkey wrap with tomato, avocado and sprouts
    D* sushi night!
    Snacks* fruit (I brought an apple, orange and grapes - we'll see what I feel like)

    Exercise* 1 hr with my trainer, he kicks my butt
    Water* 3L
  • b - 0 fat yoghurt, strawberries, blueberrys, 1/2 kiwi, 1/2 pear

    s - orange

    l - veggie soup, baked salmon and lots of salad

    s - cup of yoghurt

    d - Salad with egg and ham

    w - 2L hopefully!

    e - 48 min walking if it's not raining again when I get home!
  • B - I overslept so I ran out of the house w/o breakfast this morning!

    L - Chef salad w/ olive oil and vinegar dressing

    D - ??? going out tonight so probably grilled chicken and veggies

    E - 30 min on elliptical

    W - 64 oz
