Planning for Frida March 16

  • B - strawberries and a banana topped with yogurt and kashi

    l - hot pocket (bad, I know but I didnt have anything else to bring), cucumber and bell pepper w/ dressing

    d - Japanese!

    B - 2 pancakes heh. Speaking of bad. With syrup (total cals 450)
    1 cup skim milk + 1/2 tbsp chocolate powder (total cals 90)

    L - 1 cup ff yogurt + 1/2 cup raisins (total cals 386)

    D - Chicken meatballs + progresso minestrone soup (total cals 600)

    Daily caloric intake: 1526, YAY I have four calories to spare hahaha...

    S: Whey protein, orange
    L: 3.5oz chicken, .5 cup brown rice, salad, apple
    S: Rice cake, 1tbsp peanut butter
    D: Chicken, green beans, salad
  • B~cottage cheese and pineapple
    S~apple
    L~salad? sandwich? Whatever looks good at the deli
    S~hmmm, no idea
    D~something seafood from the restaurant DH is taking me to tonight
  • B- karden and I went to tim hortens, and I have a horrible bad sausage egg muffin but it sure was tastey! and a coffee
    S- dont think ill need a morning snack today
    L- tuna and rice cakes from yesterday
    S- i have some oranges and thinsations in my bag
    D- picking up a roast chicken
    W- 4L
    E- none this morning, i decided I needed to cuddle with my keiko instead
