Me: 175.5, down 3.5 pounds from last week. Certainly a surprise, even with my expected bloat loss. I do have today off, so I weighed later than usual, which might be giving a false low reading. Whatever the cause, it's certainly nice to see! But I won't be devastated if I don't keep this all new low next week.
