Mini Goals really help...

  • I went to the doctor today for my blood pressure check. This time my top number was higher - last time it was the bottom. I was told I really needed to lose some weight. I have lost a total of 11 lbs - the last 6 came from Fat Smash. I have decided that I want to lose 12 lbs per month for the next approx. 6 months.

    The weight loss has always been daunting to me because I have been looking at the big pitcure - with Mini Goals - it seems more achievable.


    For every 5lbs lost.

    Congratulations on the weight loss! That's really great. 12 pounds a month is a lot to lose--usually 2 pounds a week is more realistic (and better for your body!). But in any case, I hope you do well and keep going!
