The Secret to Weight Loss

  • I don't know if I have a "secret" but the one thing that makes it so I stay on plan is to make sure I am having 4 cups of veggies a day (lettuce NOT included in that measurement). I plan all my meals around my veggies, and I always eat protein with every meal. My new opinion is that I CAN'T lose weight without all those veggies.
