I'm walking on the treadmill and doing the weights. But, I must confess I did eat half a pizza (4 pieces) over this past weekend. And now I'm paying for it. How do I watch myself with food and not go out of control.
I don't know where this all started from to begin with. Thirty years ago I was so thin and pretty. Now I'm just a mess, in every way
