S~too busy with my puppet group today L~South Beach wrap, carrots and snow peas, apple S~hmmm, Kashi bar or triscuits and laughing cow cheese light D~still up in the air. Perhaps pork chops, veggies and brown rice. |

B: 1/2 c. Fiber One cereal w/ 1/2 c. milk (never thought I would LOVE an unsweetened cereal SO MUCH. This is the first cereal I've eaten in almost 6 weeks! I savored every bite!), 2 slices turkey bacon, 1/4 c. egg whites w/ mozza cheese S: 15 almonds L: Beef and cabbage wedges (from Company's Coming Low-Carb Cookbook) S: cheese stick D: poached salmon w/ cucumber dill sauce (from SBD book), asparagus, salad S: SF pudding Exercise: 30 min. bike/10 min. stretching/crunches done. Won't post tomorrow cuz I can't plan my day -- I'll be away in Yellowknife. Little nervous about having minimal control over my food, but I'll bring an apple, serving of cereal, and a serving of almonds to help if there aren't many healthy choices. |
