Planning for Sunday, January 28th

  • I really need these threads! I love them and I get many ideas from everyone else...as well as staying accountable.

    Breakfast: tuna and provolone melt on flat out wrap
    Snack: protein bar
    Lunch: turkey italian sausage, cheese, mustard on flat out wrap
    Snack: protein bar
    Dinner: chicken breast, sweet potato, green beans
    Snack: 100 calorie popcorn
  • b-egg white omlette(onion mushroom & spinach)
    S-banana
    L-Big salad, french dressing, roast beef sandwich on ww bread w/ mustard
    S-ff pudding
    D-going to my mothers for supper, i think shes making haddock w/ rice and some sort of veg.
    S-100 cal bag of popcorn
    Water- 3.5L
    Exercize- just did 25 mins on bike, going bowling this afternoon, i dont know if this counts as exercize, but they call it a sport, i will see i guess lol
