Default I'm cold this year *whine*

I've lost most of my insulation from last year, and I'm just cold most of the time! My hands and feet have always been cold in the winter time- but this year it's much worse than normal. My finger tips have been shriveling, my hands are so cold. The house temperature is normal. The outside weather is a tad warmer than normal for the time of year. I just feel cold most of the time.

The shriveled fingertips are the most distressing. I thought I was dehydrated, and drank lots of water for several days, but that didn't help. The only thing that lets my fingertips smooth out to normal again is having my hands in warm water, or holding a warm mug of liquid.

I don't like this.

You may have a problem with low circulation. Perhaps you should see a doctor? Particularly if your fingers are actuall shriveling at the tips...that doesn't sound good.

I'll think about that. Poor circulation might be the problem. I wonder if it's diet related?
