BFL..anyone else?

Perusing again I noticed that BodyforLife was noted under one of the recommended books to read for the people involved in this site. This makes me extremely excited as I am on my second challenge. If anyone else is living the BFL program, please let me know. And if anyone is interested in knowing about it, please ask..its amazing and one **** of a motivator.
