Default Planning for Tuesday, Dec. 26

Alright, now that we've got Christmas under our belts (or making our belts feel tighter ), time to get back to planning. I actually did pretty well this past long weekend despite lots of stress and tons of driving and some eating out and whatnot. I ate more than usual, but at no point did I feel out of control.

And today, it's right back on track:
  • turkey breakfast sausage links
  • yogurt
  • Healthy Choice manicotti
  • pbj sandwich
  • Lean Cuisine - lemongrass chicken
  • ham and meatballs
I obviously haven't been grocery shopping in a while to be relying on the frozen meals for lunches, and the ham and meatballs are actually some leftovers from yesterday's dinner at Jeff's cousins' house. Anyway, the above comes to about 1450 calories and 104g protein.

good for you for planning! epps, girls - the last few days have been bad ones for me! lol

hopefully I can start to get back on track tomorrow, Im going to take a break from exercise since I have the week off, but im trying not to eat too much - been going over calories I know that (not counting) but not doing as bad as I would of done that year! that has to count for something! I did find that I eat WAY worse around my mom then when im at my house.
