It's time again for the general 3FC weigh in thread. Has everyone been good this year? Time to find out! Just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

Me: 181, down 1.5 pounds from last week. Not bad! But, this is the day before my 4 day Holiday's vacation, and there will be temptation aplenty along the way. I hope I do good, but what the heck, even if I do have a bad week ahead of me, Chrismas only comes once a year.

I am up 1 1/2 lbs this am. I am not upset at all because my body fat went from 34% 2 weeks ago to 31% this week so I know I am building muscle. I have been slipping a lot on my diet but after the first of the year I am going to be more dedicated than ever. I have got to get my body fat % to 25%.

I hit my Christmas goal of 215 this morning. My "official" weigh-in day was yesterday, though, so 216 for that, down 1/2 pound.
