thats my problem with salads too .. I'm always to lazy to make one .. and I feel like I'm making a huge mess in my kitchen .... the only time I don't ahve that problem is at dinner because it becomes more of a priority for me then .... but when I sit down with it .. it is all worth it ! mmmmmm
