HDL=31
Gluc=95
Trigl=142
Creat=0.8
ALT=24
All good. HDL could be higher but everything else is within normal range. This is good.

Wow those are great values!
HDL can be increased by exercise, soy, flax etc. Alcohol/red wine is not the right way to increase it!
