It depends on which book it is, but if it's one of the "Total Health Makeover" books, then yes, yes, yes, grab it! I picked up "12 Steps to Total Health Makeover" and it totally changed my whole outlook on weight, health, and food. "30 Day Total Health Makeover" is my latest purchase and it is also excellent and has more recipes. I also checked her recipe book out of my local library and that was good, too.
I had only been losing about 1/4 pound to 1/2 pound a week on Weight Watchers prior to reading her books. After reading them, I tweaked a few things about my program and now I'm consistently losing 2.5 to 3 pounds a week. I was a little doubtful about a couple of her ideas at first but all I can say now is, IT WORKS!!
