Smile What is a good diet to follow as a vegitarian??

I just started following weight watchers at home because thats the only one I know that you can eat anything as long as you don't go over your points. Can anyone suggest another diet. Just wondering what my options are.
Thanks

I like slimming world but dunno if you can get it in Canada. Otherwise calorie counting is always good for controlling your eating

I used to do WW, but since moving to a different state, I've been counting calories.

Whatever you do, make sure you eat lots of fruits and vegetables, as opposed to just simple carbs and dairy.

Me too, Just_a_dreamy1. Kimi4, so long as you're counting calories you can eat anything you want-- but not too much of it! Just make sure that you get plenty of protein or you could start feeling weak when your calorie intake is getting lower. Be sure to get lots of leafy greens, beans, soy, vegetables (brussel sprouts and potatoes are a great source), and cheese, yogurt, and eggs if you're ovo-lacto. Good luck!
