I am exploring the veggie lifestyle, just b/c I really don't like meat that much, but my dear friend is STRICTLY vegan and an AMAZING cook. Every time we visit her, she makes this huge meal that is completely satisfying and delicious with nothing but veggies and soy.
I've been a veggie this time for 3 years and before that I slipped but was a veggie for 2 yrs.
I've just lost weight by changing my diet I found that my veggie diet was very high calorie and high fat.
I'd like to go vegan but I cant find a nice cheese substitute. I do have soya in everything except for tea and eat dark chocolate as opposed to milk. Its quite hard in the UK (I dont have a car and live inner city at the moment) to find decent vegan products.
