I'm a veggie and I'm in my 4th week of Diet Chef, which I'm really enjoying. However, I was wondering if there are any other veggies on DC/anyone that could offer me some general advice ...
Basically, I'm really enjoying the DC food although there aren't THAT many veggie options, but it's the accompaniments that I'm finding hard to come up with. I'm basically just looking for some dishes that I could serve alongside diet chef meals to make them more filling, but which won't really take up too many calories.
Any ideas?
