Eden Organics

  • Just discovered these guys! They make delicious canned (BPA-free!) soups and beans. They have bean and rice combos, too, which are really hearty and delicious. Really easy to scoop over salad. I don't find them too salty, either!

Highly recommended for vegans and vegetarians! Yum! Anyone else know of any good brands? I find that keeping convenience foods stocked is the hardest.
  • I just discovered daiya cheese today I might get some to try so I can make a tortilla pizza again oh how I miss those or maybe some quesadillas it doesn't use soy either which I like.
  • Some people like Daiya but I'm not one of them hah.

For frozen items, I like "Health is Wealth" and in general Amy's has a lot of good stuff.

I didn't like the Eden Organics rice/bean combos, they were a bit bland for me.

Gardein is ok, not my favorite brand for faux meat stuff but a lot of people like them.
  • I bought some daiya today and tried it and eh it was ok but nothing special to me and very expensive I don't think ill buy it again I can live without it. I wanna try that Amy's Mac and cheese sometime though looks like it might be good ill get it for a treat sometime. I used to love those oh so delicious fudge bars even before I went vegan but now they took them out of the store here I'm mad about that omg they were so good tasted like a mounds fudge bar coconuty mmmm was my fave.
