i usually make a salad with some yves veggie ground round thrown in there (takes all of five min to heat up) and some salsa and sometimes a couple of taco chips makes for a quick easy filling dinner on the go
I work in an airport - so I cannot take liquids or anything close to liquid (like yogurt) - so it's brown rice and veggies, fruit, and sometimes gluten-free sandwich with a veggie burger. It's okay... Wish more was offered in the restaurants at the airports that weren't either very expensive or very wilted.
