for a new challenge, im not sure how this works so give some ideas and lets challenge ourselves! what do you say???

Oh I'm in! Don't know what the challenge should be but I'm in anyways lol! I love a good challenge! So are we talking exercise, weight loss, or veggie related? Or maybe some combination? Maybe a Halloween challenge or is that to far away? I keep hoping that I'll be able to drop another 20 by then so I can look a little good in a costume and not have to where something tent shaped again this year lol!

im not sure lol. i love a challenge as well so i thought it was time, it can be a combo i need to get motivated a little more and i thought a challenge can do it, what is the basic one they use on the veggie challenges? maybe we can go from there! lol. its so random it might work! =)

Well looking at the last 2 or 3 challenges it seems like the weigh in days were on Fridays and there wasn't a specific goal named so I guess you can just try and lose what you can in the challenge. I've never tried to make a challenge before I've only joined in so I'm not sure how to best do it either. Maybe we should just pick a start date and end date and see if others want to do it too?

lol ok start monday the 17 til.... maybe labor day? its about 3 weeks, we can try for whatever you want to lose by then lol. my goal is to lose about 10 lbs i am 200 right now! and id love to be 190 in a month, does that seem realistic? i hope so.

no love in the challenge world, its alright, just wanted to try to lift some veggies out from under, but i guess next time i should put a little more thought into a challenge lol.

yea true, maybe things will pick up here soon and more people may be interested. I guess it needs to be planned out a little farther ahead of time. Oh well next time hopefully!

Hii girls!

I would love to be a part of this challenge...i am soo up in my weight..been slacking big time this summer! Labor day sounds good! i was a frequent member of the last veggie challenges and they really helped motivate me! I guess i wont post my start weight until monday then. I'm excited! Thanks for starting!

good then we have three girls hear that gypsylove, dont go on me now lol, weigh in monday and maybe we will have some things to go by, but lets just keep each other motivated, post goals, the way you felt that day, we dont have much people so it shouldnt be hard to post back and forth, since summer is almost over lets get some of that summer weight off and try for the small 3ish week, im still in let me know thanks=)

I'm not sure I understand the structure, and I'm aiming for really slow losses right now (faster would be cool, but I'll be perfectly happy to go from 140 now to 130 by New Year, unless I decide 135 is a better place to maintain). So I'm in depending how it works. I won't be racing though!

Mrsvegan00 I'm still in as long as others want to be too! Juliej08 I don't think we have a structure at the moment lol!

Lately I've been losing around 2 lbs. a week when I actually stick to my workouts and of course going vegan about 5 weeks ago has been helping me sooooo much! so 2 lbs. a week for 3 weeks I'll make my goal a nice safe 6 lbs. for now. If I lose more great but I'm trying to lose at a healthy pace. Yay for the new challenge!!!!

thanks girls weigh in tomorrow good luck, basically just put your goals youd like to accomplish is a short time and see if you can do it for that long it is 22 days. Just try to hold yourself to a challenge youve set for yourself and then maybe you will know you can keep going and keep up the challenges, maybe be vegetarian for this many days or try cutting out that soy ice cream, any little thing thats been bugging you try and cut it out for 22 days and then see how you feel once this is done, see if you have lost any weight, see if you feel better about the choice. This Morning i am 197.5 excited about my weight loss already but ready for some more, my goal to keep is to keep my vegan consumptions healthy, drink a lot of water, keep up with my running, days i cant run then i want to do some kind of exercise, just keep myself active, i work in a bakery and it is hard on some weekends not to want to come home and eat so i need to try and work on myself with that one as well. k ladies i will be back later after work. ta ta
