Well it's weigh in day and so far I've lost, drum roll please.......ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! :cry: :?: I guess even though I'm eating much healthier I'm still eating to much but still I'm burning insane amounts of calories when I run. I really thought that would make up the difference. I guess the only choice I have is to cut down more. Hope everyone else did better!

i am up 1 pound! what the heck lol. well i went camping this weekend and i tried not to eat everything, but on the way up there this 4 hour drive my husband and i finish all the snacks before we even got to the camp site! so i am not surprised plus we didnt run sat or sunday but we went rock climbing for an hour then took an hour high paced walk so i hope next week will be better. i am gonna do better.... this week, i have too! i keep watching dance your *** off and the girl shayla two weeks ago was 197 now she is 177! we can do that too. i need a gym membership!!! lol.. good luck ladies we can do this!!!!!!!!!!! i must stick to calories when i go on trips and must!!! run even when i dont want to! it was doing great!

Good Job haleygirl! i didnt exercise today, i will get up before work and run tomorrow, today i can relax but i am making sure i dont get to many calories in to make up for not exercising@ ugh ugh ugh.

I overdid it again this weekend, so I didn't weigh in. The way I eat when I overdo it now isn't even half as bad as my daily diet used to be, but it still doesn't help with weightloss.

I did walk 3 miles this morning and I did my volunteer job which was probably another 4 hours of walking. I say hours because the classes go by the hour and I have no idea what the mileage might be. And I did do a 19 mile bike ride on Sunday.

So at least I'm exercising, right? I will stay on track this week and not weigh in until Thursday or Friday. I know the scale will be up and I don't want to mess with my head until I know I'm back down.

Oh, and I went to a bbq on Saturday and brought two vegan side dishes. Only my husband and one other person knew that I'm vegan. My husband is vegetarian and so is the other person. As it turns out, in this sort of small group of maybe 15, 6 of us were vegetarian/vegan! And we didn't even know it! So there were lots of veggie sides for us to eat. It was great.

I've been very good about not missing my workouts. I just started weight training saturday but I've been running and doing yoga for a few months now. I think I've just been getting overly excited about all the new yummy recipes I have been finding recently lol. I have to keep a better eye on my portions. Today I brought a big bowl of stir fried veggies and tempeh over brown rice and if I didn't stop myself I would have eaten the whole thing it was so good! I've been trying to lose this weight for a while now and it's going away very slowly but still at least it's going. I'm used to the pace of it and I've started making some good healthy habits to stick to so I'm not worried about giving up. It's just annoying to work so hard and not see immediate results, guess I gotta work on my patience next lol!

Blah. I dieted really good for about half of the week, then really dropped the ball. I weighed this morning with my clothes on and it looked like I lost nothing, but I'm waiting for a new scale to come because the one I have is always inaccurate. Once that comes I'll weigh every day and hopefully stay on track.

Ok so I know I said I would try not to weigh myself everyday but I slipped today lol! I weighed myself first thing this morning and somewhere between Monday and today I've magically lost another 2 pounds! Whenever somthing happens in life that I can't explain I blame it on the magic gnomes lmao! The magic gnomes stole 2 pounds from me, yaaaaaay!!! :D

Gypsy can you send those gnomes to mee!!?? please lol. i have been up on my running and everything i went 56 over my calories yesterday but i worked my butt...almost off so i hope it was alright, i cant wait til monday lol i hope this is paying off!!!

thanks! i need it, i weighted myself today since this week ive ran 8.2 miles! and i am still at 198! this is awful!! i cant go to the bathroom! and it is makin me crazyyyyyyy!!!!!!! its like i am trying so hard to loose but noting is lost.... it is aggravating.... i hope everyone is doing better then me!
