I'm up this morning, due to an out of control weekend. When will I learn?
Anyway, I'm starting at 192. I'd like to lose 5 lbs. in the next 3 weeks, putting me at 187. My goals for this challenge are to keep up with my current work out, and add two more days of strength training. I do Weight Watchers, so I'd like to be sure to stay within my points every day (including weekends!!). When I do, I lose weight consistently. Good luck everyone. |

Well my weigh in is 149. I'm hoping to lose atleast two pounds by next week:carrot: i decided that I'm not going to eat in between my main meals because thats where i do most of my damage:nono: Also i have to excersise starting today! ive been very lax this entire summer... I'm ready now! |
Today I'm 129.5, and I want to get down to 125.

MrsVegan00 it looks like we have the same starting weight lol! As of this morning I'm at 197 and I've decided my goal by Labor Day is 190. I have been really bad lately with weighing myself EVERY day! I'm going to try and only weight myself on Mondays just for this challenge which is great since I just had my first binge in over 2 months EEK! Oh well, I just gotta keep truckin along. up this morning at 330 and went to the track and ran 2 miles straight! for the first time ever! but since I have been so hungry! I am at like870 on my cals already ugggghh well that's day two |
OMG 3:30 am??? Wow good job! I could never get up that early unless I was sleep walking to the fridge LOL! It's been to hot for me to run outside at the moment so I've been hittng the treadmill 4 times a week. I take yoga classes 3 times a week which is my favorite but I was a bit bummed out that our instructor was out sick yesterday. I of course hope she feels better I just needed my yoga fix for the day. I go again tomorrow so hopefully she'll be back! :)

ya i was tired after work got out! today i didnt exercise i think wednesday will be my day off i have been working hard at this, but i guess the point of a challenge is to keep it up even when you think you cant! but i have to get up again tomorrow morning for running, then i think ill do some crunches before i go back to sleep, i have time to sleep in tomorrow it will be nice. it is already almost time to weigh again lol. well today is going good. hope everyone is staying strong!! have funnn!!!

hey everyone, i just saw this topic, i've been out of state visiting family in nj so hopefully i can still join....i'll be happy with 5 lbs by labor day but i'll aim for 10 anyway, starting weight is 297
my other goals are to stay in my calories and keep to my weights schedule and my running schedule when school starts |

today was a sad day in diet world for me, i have no idea how many cals i ate because i just gave up midday. hoping for a better day today!!

Bad day for me calorie wise also. It was mom's b-day though so we went out to dinner and I splurged. I don't feel to bad about it even if I did eat a whole lot of fat since it was the first time I've eaten out since I think May. I expect to weigh in monday the same weight to be honest just because of all the salt and fat. Me and my mom both retain more water then average when exposed to a lot of salt. I'm going to try drowning myself in water between now and monday morning to see if I can speed the salt out of my system a bit faster. We'll see what happens!
