Ok..so I thought I'd jump in with a smile and introduce myself!
I'm Randi, mother of one 6yo boy, Eric and engaged to my wonderful hunnie Frank. We have been making a lot of lifestyle changes recently and DH requested to go back into the land of veggies once again.
I have never attempted it myself but he has before and said he loved it. He says he felt so much better so we are giving it a try. I'm not going to give up my fish just yet. I'm not sure why since I don't eat it that much...maybe it's just panic trying to keep hold of something .
I am sure I will have tons of questions (such as what in the world is a <insert strange vegetable here>?) but I am looking forward to learning and sharing with you all.
welcome. i dig the taaa daaa entrance. feel free to ask any questions and congrats on the first step to a fabulous lifestyle change. going vegetarian is quite easy as you only leave out a few things and what's left is a ton of stuff to eat. your body will thank you
