My favorite is the Elephant Roll (sometimes called the Buddha roll.) It's a maki roll filled with avocado and peanuts. It sounds weird, but it's so good.
I use brown sushi rice and form my rolls using the bamboo mat covered in plastic wrap. It may look daunting, but it's super easy! |

Omg, the PPK so rock. I am making vegan, gluten free cupcakes for my bro's birthday this weekend: dark chocolate cupcakes with sunflower butter mousse frosting, and (my own creation) creamsicle cupcakes (vanilla cupcakes with grand marnier, orange peel and zest, and vanilla beans, and super vanilla frosting).
