Default Any diabetics here?

I've just been contemplating Dr. Neal Barnard’s Program for Reversing Diabetes.

If you are diabetic, has vegan eating helped your blood sugar?

I've just converted to vegetarianism for ethical and health reasons, I'm loving it, wondering if going vegan would be even better for my diabetes...

I'm not diabetic but I have read that a vegan, low fat diet is great for diabetics. I have had blood sugar issues and since I started eating a vegan diet low fat diet, I really haven't had any issues.
