Default Omega-3's

Hi (I am even newer than you, so I probably should not say "Welcome," lol). I have used flaxseed oil to make salad dressing. It is apparently very high in omega-3's and it doesn't really have a taste.

Welcome

There are other good sources of Omega 3s including flax, chia and hemp.

Although something interesting is one of the reasons for the concern of omega 3s is to counterbalance the average poor american diet (or standard american diet as some like to call it). Although if you are still eating animal proteins, I'd definitely recommend supplementing with some flax or hemp which are easily found in the stores in seed or oil form. Chia is good if you can find it but I had to order mine.
