Lightlife is my favorite brand - they're generally found in the produce section. Lightlife uses non-gmo ingredients which I prefer. As you can see everyone has their favorites- I recommend trying a few and seeing what your taste buds like.
I'd also caution about using only meat subs for your protein - I'm guessing you like lentils by your name

? Try new recipes with the wide variety of beans, tofu, tempeh, seitan, etc out there. I have been utterly amazed at just how much more varied my diet is since going vegan.
