Funny thing is I told DH last night about the cookbook and that I preordered it. He then scoffed at me and said "like there would be a big demand for that book". I told him that there would be! He then said "you and the other 8 vegans in the world" He is a funny boy. He really does enjoy our meatless/dairyless/eggless meals so I know he'll be pleased once I start cooking from it I'm particulary excited because the information I read said there would be plenty of soyless meals. Not that I don't enjoy my soy as much as the next person but I worry about the reliance on it that many recipes and products seem to have.

I'm also very excited for this book. VwaV is by far my most used cookbook. I'm thinking about corn chowder right now

Oh, I love Isa's recipes! She has a website, called postpunkkitchen (dot) com. It does have quite a few vegan recipes on it.

I have VwaV and Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World (not diet food, but hey, everything in moderation.)

I *love* her tofu scramble recipe. I ate it breakfast, lunch, and dinner one day. It's Soooooo good.

Go make the Chickpea Noodle Soup! It's easy and yummy, and so perfect for the chilly weather. Can't wait to eat leftovers.
