I know its Sunday, but if anybody weighed themselves over the weekend, through it out there!
Last Friday I was 297.8... this Friday I am 293.9! That's 3.9 pounds! I hope its water weight, I don't like to lose more than a pound or two a week. Don't get me wrong, the numbers look fantastic, but I'm a realist. But hey, dance party!
the more water you drink, the less likely you will be to retain water. it seems like it would be the oppocite, but if you're hydrated your body won't be grasping on to every ounce of water you drink.
also, eating lots of fiber will help keep your weight from spiking up when you eat a heavier meal.
