I have a really hard time coming up with breakfast ideas for my dorm besides cereal, and frankly, I hate the stuff. No idea why. Anyone have some good, simple ideas for vegetarian breakfasts?
I make smoothies for breakfast using fruit, protein powder, and either milk or a milk alternative. It's quick and satisfying, and the cleanup is easy. You can pop the ingredients in a blender, or use a stick blender to make them.
I like non-traditional breakfasts in the morning.
Sprouted English muffin with avocado, hummus, tomato (or veggie sausage or tofu or tempeh)
Chili
Soup or stew
Leftover dinner of any kind
