  • Hi all! It's been a very long time since I was on here and I wanted to intro. myself. I was vegetarian for over ten and a half years. In 2006 I finally made the complete switch to being vegan. I only had eggs and yogurt left to cut out. I feel great but unfortunately I am having a hard time finding many soy choices where I live. I have been making my own whole wheat / whole rye bread, and eat a lot of beans and tofu. I am hoping maybe I can get help as well as helping anyone else. Glad to meet you all.
  • hi. i'm new here, but just wanted to say hi. i just started the mcdougall plan a couple of weeks ago and have seen a difference in just a short amount of time. it's the mcdougall program for maximum weight loss. i was diagnosed with RA and have noticed such a huge difference! it's been great! but, i definitely need help in the exercise department. LOL. i'd love to get some ideas from you as well. you're doing great!!!
