Default Drop a Dress Size by Christmas Challenge Weigh In Thread No. 7

Just ELEVEN days to go..... OMG this Challenge has gone so fast - it doesn't feel like 7 weeks ago we started this!!!!!

I stayed the same this week - but I have managed to achieve the 'drop a dress size' bit of the Challenge. I'd still like to lose another pound or two before Christmas if possible. I think part of my problem is that I'm not drinking anywhere near enough water and maybe a little too much

How's everyone else doing????

If you rename it the "drop a pound before Christmas" challenge I've finally done it That's the most I was expecting to be honest, so I'm glad to have edged just that little bit down. 10 stone 12 this morning, which is an all time low.

I am flabergasted But in a good way. Stepped on those scales and have lost four pounds... don't know how really, haven't been super duper on track, but I'll take it. So I'm back to my first two losses as I seem to have yo-yoed my way through this challenge, however, my jeans are more baggy too, not just around the waist, but the bum and thighs, I have curves weigh and measure tomorrow so we'll see if I've lost anymore inches.

Well done Sarah and Helen

Oh well at least I managed my Halloween goal.

I've had my first ww gain. Just a pound on.

I had to go on my own so I'm surprised I actually went.

Well done everyone.

Just a pound this week. But damn annoyed! I am the same weight now as I was 6 weeks ago! 19st 4 and a half lb... I have lost, but I have gained... so I'm now back here. Oh well, lowest weight i've been so far, so it's ok! But, I need this weight kick started again!

Well I'm pretty much giving up for the moment. I lost 2lbs last week and put 1 back on within 4 days. I'm just not focussed enough. I think if I take a break from it over Christmas and use the New Year as a new start I'll have more joy. Plus the weather is not making me want to get out of bed at 7am to go to the gym.
