Default This week i conquered...

I'm so proud of myself this week that i thought i'd post this for everyone to share what they managed to 'conquer' this week...

I conquered my scale addiction ...weighed once this week...official weigh in is Monday...resisted home made chocolate cake ...and even when i couldn't get online to 3fatchicks.com(the net was down)still managed to stop myself caving in and eating various treats we have around the house , that my hse mate who works in a restaurant brought over....AND DRANK 3 LITRES OF WATER EVERYDAY !!!AND...AND exercised every other day, tonight i'm off swimming (i love swimming!!!)

WHAT DID YOUMANAGE TO CONQUER THIS WEEK?

Well done SWC

What did I conquer? Nothing as great as you, that's for certain. The beginning of the week was fine, but I had two days of eating extra stuff because of Thanksgiving on Thursday, so it went a bit down hill at that point. Back on track today though.... never let the odd day throw all hard work away

Goodness - I don't know that I really conquered anything new this week - well, not anything to do with dieting. Other stuff... possibly!

Well done on chugging down that 3 litres of water - its something I really struggle with.

I conquered my eating-everything-in-sight-at-the-weekend thing! And I ALMOST conquered eating because I was bored, but I made progress there, I still need to do some work.

I have been depressed over some family problems and didn't turn to food for comfort. This is new for me.
