I'm so proud of myself this week

that i thought i'd post this for everyone to share what they managed to 'conquer' this week...
I conquered my scale addiction

...weighed once this week...official weigh in is Monday...resisted home made chocolate cake

...and even when i couldn't get online to 3fatchicks.com(the net was down)still managed to stop myself caving in and eating various treats we have around the house

, that my hse mate who works in a restaurant brought over....AND DRANK 3 LITRES OF WATER EVERYDAY

!!!AND...AND exercised every other day, tonight i'm off swimming (i love swimming!!!)
