Default Drop a Dress Size by Christmas Challenge Weigh In Thread No. 2

How's it going?? Everyone still focused????? WE CAN DO THIS!

Having said that, I've only lost one little lonely pound this week - got to look at the positive side, though, at least its not a pound on!

I thought last week's 2lb loss was a bit of a one-off! Ahhh well - back to normal/

I'm really happy this morning as I've lost 5.5lb this week - gonna be one of those silly days now where I can't stop smiling and then get strange looks round Tesco

Well done evryone. Not so good for me. Put one on! Can't really understand it as I have really cut back on nibbling, am eating with the kids rather than when hub gets home, have cut back on the wine and am exercising more. Obviously not enough though! Decided to try the not dieting but cutting back approach as I thought I could maintain that approach. Back to the drawing board

Well done all... I don't know what's going on with me... I appear to have GAINED, yes, GAINED four piggin' pounds!

Yes I had chinese last Friday, but apart from that, I've been on the wagon, walking, curves and core workout...what the bloody **** is going on? I'm not due for my period, I've been drinking water, my wee is clear so I know I'm drinking enough...back to the drawing board for me too...and the shame of re-doing the ticker... to show a GAIN!!!

LOL Chris, don't do it to show a gain - just leave it til you get back down there! Won't be long!

I'm not weighing (I can't it depressed me too much farting around so close to target but never quite hitting it for months on end!) And will measure in December - had 2 weeks being strict. This past week I've eaten loads of rubbish. Must be because AF is due.

Congrats to all those who lost.

chuckleberry, BritinNJ - have you had more sodium in your diet this week than normal? I find quite a few 'diet foods' have a lot of salt to replace the lost flavour froom reducing fat. Obviously salt makes you retain water.

PhatPhoenix, you're so close to target I can understand you not weighing. I've not got the self control for that though, if I am not keeping a close check on my weight I know I'll eat too much.

I'll weigh in on Saturday. I'm hoping to have lost at least a pound, 11st 5lbs has always been my target for that weigh in - it puts me at a normal BMI for my surrogate baby's christening.

Nope, no extra salt, don't think it's water cos I piddle very well and lots, it must just be lard... I think I'm going to have a word with the doctor about it...

And.... the bloody ticker shows a 2lb gain when it hould say 4, but I can't be flaffing with it, so I'll leave it as is
