Default Cambridge Diet..going to try it!

Dont all shout at me at once please!!

I have decided to give it a go, and just waiting for my local advisor to get in touch. For anyone else in UK doing this I would welcome any support or good tips please.

I am very 'nervous' about trying it, and will update you on any progress or crash and burning !!

thanks.

Good luck with it - I've never done it but I know a man who did and he lost the weight very fast - but he also put it straight back on again after he finished because he just went straight back to his old eating pattern but hopefully things have changed since then and your adviser will help you with this.

The biggest advice I can give you is to drink LOTS and LOTS of water otherwise you can get ill.

Aw, you know how anti meal replacements I am, so I'm going to shut up! But I just want to wish you good luck, and I'm sure that whatever you chose to do, if you're motivated, (which you are!) you'll do just fine. You're going in to it aware of the pitfalls, and that's no bad thing, eh? Keep strong and enthusiastic and I know you're going to do well! Tell us how you get on when you meet their rep.

Whatever you do, is right for you! I'm cheering you on already!

Hi CavCrazy,

I Have just lost almost 4stone in 12 weeks with LighterLife and I am now in Maintaince (starting to re-introduce Food).

Go For it its the best thing I have ever done and I fell fantastic. In the first week as soon as you feel a headache coming on take a pain killer and stick with it no matter what.......it works if you commitee yourself 100%

I won't shout at you if you don't shout at yourself if it doesn't suit you. Some people can do it and some people can't. On that note I wish you good luck.
