I haven't been here for ages - and it is so nice to see a whole host of new names!

Well, I have managed to keep off the weight I lost last year, and now have a new goal - family wedding, many people haven't seen me for years and I'd like to suprise them!

So by August 1st I shall have lost 16lbs - no, really! I will
