Anybody got any good ideas to help motivation? Ive been going to the gym quite a bit but cant stop eating rubbish!
Im a student, moving into a new house soon and I was planning on putting lots of cut-outs from health/slimming mags on the fridge, perhaps along with sum photos of foxy ladies in bikinis to motivate me!
Any other suggestions? Anything that will help me is welcome!
How about just not buying the rubbish in the first place? Clean out your cupboards and fill them with fresh veggies, fruit and whole grains and lots of lean protein.
Learn to cook at least one delish healthy meal.
Eat every 2-3 hours so you're not starving hungry and eat "junk"

I have a size 14 dress which I haven't fitted in for many years, but I'd always kept because I love it so much, I used to look great in it (in my opinion). I keep it in my exercise room, and regularly look at it at other times to remind me what I can do.
My husband helps alot too, he's fairly strict on what he'll let me eat. Also I have a friend who's losing weight at the same time, we encourage each other which helps. We're accountable to each other which is great.
