The Yoga Show
The Yoga show is coming to Manchester in April. One of my New Years resolutions was to take up Yoga, so I am really looking forward to going in April. In the mean time I am signing up for a class at the new gym.
Anyone else want to come????

I had a go at that power yogo once (during one of my slim and fit times) never again! I thought yoga was gentle, well I got that wrong, I ached for days.
Good luck for the class!

Yep that would be right Ms veg, there's all sorts of yoga and demonstrations, some free classes and some classes you need to pay extra for. I thought it sounded like fun anyway!!!

Only a healthy one with juices and stuff, you can always sit in the Midland and pretend to be posh and we'll meet you afterwards

Hmmmm I'll have to check the programme, but I don't think there was a doggie yoga
I'm afraid the only drink you'll get is wheat grass shots or green tea!!!!
Won't do you any harm
