Now, that's what I call a long run - 13k (over 8 miles) in about 1 hour 25 minutes without stopping running except to avoid traffic. I even managed a sprint at the end to catch the bus home! It was absolutely freezing though and my fingers are still a bit numb
Wow, that's a run. I went for a swim for two hours this morning, may go back to the gym for full body weights this afternoon, depending on nap status!!! Weights/sleep which one is the most important????
The gym won!!! Bike, stepper, rower, eliptical, full body weights and a chat with the other cute instructor, who is quite sure I must have been drinking when I signed up for the 10k run. Note to self, check alcohol content of works drinks machine!!!!
