  • 5k run this morning, plus lower body weights. Not too bad with a hangover!
  • I went to body pump, which was incredibly fun, and a really cute instructor that I hadn't met before!!!!

    Did my heavy weights yesterday! WOOO! I'm glad I've started doing them again, I was feeling flabby!

    I've re-jigged my routine so I get to do my 3days of weights and 3 days of running and 2 days of kickboxing without wearing my legs out by doing leg weights on a running day. Just means I get one less day off a week, but never mind! I just have to put it into practice now!
  • If it keeps me at the gym it's a good thing!!!!

    I had a great swim last night, and I am not doing any formal exercise today, I've decided it's my day off!
  • This is so true! I like to oggle my kickboxing guys! Last week we were grappling! Ooooh BABY!
  • 1 hour swim this morning. I'm pondering missing the gym tomorrow morning, but probably won't.
  • 2 hours kickboxing last night, well more like an hour and a half since I got there late cos of mental traffic and stopped early cos it was just me!
  • 5k run this morning
  • Very heavy lower body weights with plyometric jumps last night
  • Run today @ lunch and hopefully weights tonight
  • Early dog walk for 2 miles this morning!
  • Cardio at lunch, and then weights with a bit of cardio thrown in tonight. My ankle is almost back to normal!!!
  • did weights last night then burned my thumb on dinner! OUCH!
  • I went to the gym at lunch with a friend and did a quick session of cardio on bike, rower, treadmill and cross trainer. Tonight I did 25 minutes on the rower and 25 minutes hills on the stepper (my ankle is back in action!!) and then 50 lengths of the pool.
  • Okay how about dancing... I did that last night on and off for two hours!
