Did n't get weighed in on Tuesday as I had too much to do at home. On a good note, I can get into a pair of trews i thought would cut me in half....and I can breathe!

A big old "stay the same" for me too this month. However I'm not too fussed cos I put on weight in Japan and took it back off again. Hurrah! Just gotta get the last 3.25 lbs off for the NYE challenge.

I'm down to 12 stone 4/172 today. This was my goal for ages because it's 40kg and I started weighing myself in kg. Not intending to stop though, as I've got three nice goals coming up in the next 12lb...
