Hi ladys haven't wrote for a bit been quite busy just lately having problems with my job and because of this i think i have pushed my weight loss done the list of things to do.Fortunately things have worked out well with my job, at this moment i am a coach driver doing roughly 10 and a half hours a day monday to friday with the occasional saturday morning thrown in for good measure, i have realised that i am doing too many hours and find that my housework,temperment and marrage is suffering with my foul temper. I finally plucked up the courage to ask my unapproachable boss if it was possible to drop a day or do less hours, it worked!!!

I know have every monday off so i am doing house work and i also wantto see if i can fit in some kind of exercise every monday afternoon. I an going to try to do a different exercise every monday this monday starting with yoga as i hear it is very relaxing. anyway its back on track for me from know onwards.
DONT FORGET ITS THE PERSON ON THE INSIDE THAT IS THE REAL YOU
