I've got too much food in my desk drawer! NOOOOOO!
Actually I'm quite hungry and I'm ready for my lunch! I'm starting to feel a little bit like I want to eat all the food I have RIGHT NOW! I've even got some stuff for after Kickboxing later...

Maybe it's cos I know I don't actually have that much with me to eat for "lunch" (bread & butter and 2 babybels... and perhaps a yoghurt and a few cashew nuts...). And I'm just a bit bored... Keep the nibbles away! Back you nibbles I tell you BACK!
But I do get a Mars bar later on, before kickboxing, so I'm looking forward to that! He he! I'm trying to save my lovely muffin thing for this afternoon's snack, so I guess I'll be ok. I just need something to occupy me for 40mins!

its half ten and I have'nt had my breakfast yet

and did my exercise
I'm trying to be really good today 
but it does go quite plasticy!
the cheese has 60cals and 5g of fat in that little bit thats why I only had that
and I certainly could'nt eat a thick piece
and does'nt gain a pound
he has a bit of a beer belly but the rest of him is skinny
until he goes to bed..the other night after his dinner he had 12 oatmeal/raisin cookies..
I don't know where he puts it..I really don't
