Did 2 sets of everything at heavy weight! :dance: Added some flys so that hopefully my ribs will get covered up with pec! ;)

At the gym 6.5k on the treadmill - the first mile running, the second walking as fast as I could and the rest walking level 20 hills.

Then shopping with Kylie, which definitely counts as exercise ;)

Last night at the gym 40 mins interval training on treadmill, 1 set of walking lunges, 15 mins of weights mainly on lower body.

Tonight at the gym 60 mins, a new personal best for me on the treadmill doing interval training :D plus 30 minutes of upper body weights.

Feeling pretty fan-bloody-tastic right now!
