Yep, gloriously sunny here today in Norfolk too! I thought I'd better make the most of the last day of my holiday, so first I went out for a 30 minute bike ride :bike: , and then Kim and I drove to the beach :beach: and had a picnic followed by a long walk, which coming after the bike ride made my calf muscles ache like crazy!

Then home via the garden centre, where I got a huge bag of frozen strawberries, melon balls, flame red grapes and peach slices, which I intend to scoff with Elmlea light single cream when I'm watching the box this evening.

Oh, and I lost another half pound this morning, so that makes me officially 20lbs lighter than my starting weight, and 20% of the way through the weight-loss phase of this journey! One more half pound and I'll be below 15 stones.....that's practically anorexic, isn't it :p :rofl: ?!

I'm staring at E4 it's just come on freeview today in time for Big Brother. I'm very excited. :D

OK chicas, be good!!! SAY NO TO BEER... :nono: and YES :T to chocolate... I had most of a huge 29p bar of ASDA milk chocolate yesterday... it was beautiful. craving complete. I think that's the first time that I have ever put chocolate down and said 'Yes, that was gorgeous and now I'm fine' It would usually be followed by a hot cocoa or a piece of chocolate cake or some pudding lol Bye sweeties!!!

I've been on a two hour walk I'm very tired now. I thought it would be ok but then I remembered last time we went by car to the reservoir and this time we had to walk to it. :yawn: Now I can barely walk I have hurt my poor feet. :faint:

Wow, Veg, that's some walk! My dogs are barking after an hour, and that's about my limit. I'm such a tenderfoot that even short walks give me blisters.

I bought myself a pair of sandals in Brighton, and though they cost 60 quid :eek: :fr: and wouldn't look out of place in a biblical epic, they're the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever bought. I walked around in them the whole day in Brighton without a blister, ache or pain, and I've lived in them ever since. So what if I had to sacrifice style for comfort?!

The boat party was GREAT was really serene watching the sun go down over Windsor Castle and was soooo beautiful! And so sad that all the people I know are going off to do proper jobs and be proper grown-ups! :lol: We really got :censored: by the taxi firm, we almost missed the boat on the way there because the taxi was late.

We missed the last train home because the taxi was half an hour late! We got the last train out of the station but it was only going to the next station. So we walked home.
6 MILES! :yikes: at 12.30am! We weren't home till 3! :rofl: And that is why I love my MOTH! I don't know anyone else who would seriously suggest that we'd walk home at that time in the morning! I love that! BONKERS!

Yesterday we went to North Finchley to look for a new house for my new job! We went to Edgware too but I don't like that as much! We had dinner in Weatherspoons and a cherry pie for dessert which was YUMMY!

Today I have finished reading My Sister's Keeper which was soooo sad! And I've been asleep all the rest of the afternoon! (4-7) :rofl:

I'm back on the calorie counting wagon today! WOOOOO! I WILL go swimming tomorrow if the bratts stay at home! :lol3: I'm going to do SOMETHING anyway cos I now have no excuse not to!

I have a cupboard full of sexy sandals that :censored: :censored: my feet (anyone want 'em - size 5, usually worn just the once :rolleyes: )...but now I'm older and wiser and I'll wear my Jesus boots with pride.

The party sounds great, and I'd have been up for a midnight walk too - see, my new sexy sandals would have come in really handy :rofl: ! mmm cherry pie...... :hun: ........my favourite! :T
